Sculpt & Stretch is the perfect blend of strength and flexibility training. This class combines the core-focused movements of Pilates, the lengthening and toning of Barre, and restorative stretching to leave your body balanced and refreshed. Expect low-impact sculpting moves to strengthen and tone, followed by deep stretches to release tension and improve mobility.
